What’s the difference between the toothbrush and the ultrasonic scaler?
Electric Toothbrush: Designed for effective daily brushing and serves as an excellent preventative measure against future dental issues. Replacement heads are available in our shop.
Ultrasonic Dental Scaler: Safely removes existing plaque and tartar at home, especially in those hard-to-reach spots.
The Bundle: Get both for a complete, professional-grade oral care routine.
Is it safe?
Yes! Both devices are specifically engineered for pets’ teeth and gums. We recommend using an enzymatic pet toothpaste to help your pet get familiar with the tools first. Start on the lowest setting to allow your pet to acclimate to the sensation. Please visit our blog for more detailed guides.
How do I turn on the ultrasonic scaler?
Long-press the power button. It is normal to hear no sound — ultrasonic vibrations are inaudible to the human ear. The device comes charged; simply recharge it as needed.
How often should I use the tools?
For the Electric Toothbrush, daily use is ideal, though 3–5 times a week is sufficient to maintain healthy gums. For the Ultrasonic Scaler, we recommend a deep clean every two weeks if your pet is prone to heavy tartar buildup.
My pet is scared. What should I do?
Ultrasonic Scaler: Since it is silent, most pets adjust very quickly.
Electric Toothbrush: Start with the power off. Let your pet sniff the brush and place their favorite treat (like peanut butter) on it. Gradually introduce brushing while offering rewards — taking slow, positive steps will build their confidence.
Do I need anesthesia for my pet’s dental care?
No! Many pet parents have successfully maintained their pets' dental health at home using our kit—no anesthesia required. You can read more success stories and professional tips on our blog.
