Shipping policy

At Dr. Milou, we primarily ship to customers in the United States and Canada, while also offering shipping to other international destinations where carrier service is available.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination, package details, and available carrier rates. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or carrier delays.

For international orders, duties, import taxes, VAT, or other destination-country fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
