Cancellation policy

At Dr. Milou, we want subscription management to be simple and transparent. If you purchase a subscription, including our Essential Dental Box subscription, or any other recurring purchase option, you may cancel it at any time before your next billing date.

To cancel, please use your customer account portal if available, or email us at hello@drmilou.co before your next renewal order is processed.

Once a renewal order has been processed, charged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you need help, please reach out to hello@drmilou.co, and we’ll do our best to support you.

We may update, modify, or discontinue purchase options at any time.
