We are looking for an AI-native growth hacker to help us define a new category: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You won't just be writing blogs; you will be engineering how AI models like Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini perceive and recommend Dr. Milou.
What You’ll Do
- Master the AI Search Era: Execute strategies to make Dr. Milou the most-cited authority for AI pet health queries.
- Semantic Footprint: Create high-signal content on platforms with high authority (Reddit, Substack, Niche Forums) to influence LLM training and retrieval data.
- Automate Growth: Build agentic workflows to monitor brand mentions and automate content distribution.
- Collaborate Directly: Work alongside our founding team (Duke & Columbia alumni) in a high-growth startup environment.
Who You Are
- You live and breathe AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney).
- You have exceptional English writing skills with a focus on authority and clarity.
- You are a "builder" who prefers shipping code/content over long meetings.
- Bonus: You have experience with Python, Make.com, or traditional SEO.

- The 3-Week Sprint: Every internship begins with a 3-week unpaid trial period to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Performance-Based Growth: Upon successful completion of the trial, you will transition to a compensation structure that includes milestone-based bonuses tied to our GEO growth and visibility.
